Crippled.

Today was an eventful day. This morning during my Kickboxing class I cut my foot open really bad. I even had to go to the wellness center and get stitches! I can't even explain to you how badly the stitches hurt. Well, I take that back. The numbing for the stitches hurt. They had to stick a needle IN the cut 4 times to numb the whole thing. (If you're gonna stick a needle in it, why not just stitch it up?!) Anyways, my big brother was thankfully there to help calm me down because quite frankly, I bawled. A lot. I was repeatedly saying "Oooooohhhhhh myyyyy goooosssssshhhhh" and clenching the table as hard as I could. I honestly haven't ever been in that much pain. And all I have to show for it is 3 stitches. So lame.

Oh. And I had to get a tetnus shot because I hadn't had one since I was like 10. So now I'm limping around or using my dumb crutches and I don't think I have ever wanted something to heal more ever before. I will never again take for granted the ability to walk. So if you're having a rough day, at least you can walk!

Prostitute.

I guess you could call me a prostitute because I am officially selling my body for money. hahaha Totally kidding. Well, I really am selling my body but not as a prostitute. I actually just donated plasma for the very first time yesterday! Be proud. I was pretty nervous.
Allie, Me, and Kinsie right before we donated plasma
It actually wasn't as bad as I thought it was going to be. The worst part was probably the finger prick. My finger is still sore from it! I have a feeling that every time I go I will get major anxiety about everything but once the needle is actually in me I will be fine. I'm just gonna have to deal with it because I NEED the money. Making $4,000 by May isn't gonna be easy. But it's definitely possible and you better believe I'm going to do it.
I'm going to donate plasma twice a week making $55/week. And I am also going to be working at Kneaders and a call center. Making around $300 a week. It's probably gonna be really difficult but I just keep telling myself its all worth it. Because guess what? I am OFFICIALLY accepted to go to Belize this summer! I leave May 10th and will be there until July 25th. I'm excited to say the least.
So here's to the hardest working 3 months of my life!
Beautiful picture of Belize

Yup. Going here for 2 months.

42.58

You may be wondering what the number 42.58 means. Welp, unfortunately it is $42.58 and it's the amount of money in my savings account. Awesome, right? After paying for text books, groceries, packages for Nic, and then tithing $42.58 is what it equals out to be. So much for my goal of only spending 40% of each pay check. Looks like I only have 40% left.
So...for the time being I will be living off of top ramen and popcorn. Woop woop! I think the envelope system is in my near future.

Cleaning the Sink at Angies

First off, I would like to welcome McKinsie Barker to Logan! WOOT WOOT!
So excited to have her here!
In Logan, there is one thing that every college student must do to REALLY be able to call themselves an Aggie. And that is... drum roll please...to clean the sink. Angie's (a local restaurant) challenges anyone who eats there with the famous kitchen sink which includes: 1/2 gallon of vanilla ice cream, 4 bananas, massive amounts of thick whipped cream, and topped with cherries and 3 toppings of your choice. Steven and McKinsie had never accomplished this amazing task and received the coveted bumper sticker, so Allie and I thought we should take them for their first experience. Here are some pictures.

This is ONE of the SIX attempts at a serious picture. I thought I should spare you the other ones. haha

Finally!

Kinsie was really excited!

Seriously though. SO MUCH ICE CREAM.

Steven was getting boxed out the whole time. I'm pretty sure Allie was on her knees so she could have some leverage on the ice cream. It was hilarious.

YUM.

So pumped to have her up here in Logan with us!

Steven finishing it off with a straw. Obviously I was disturbed.

So those of you planning on visiting Logan anytime soon, go to Angies and clean the sink! Its guaranteed to provide good memories, laughs, and stomach aches. You know you want to.

ROOMIES!

YAY!! We're back up at school and most importantly we are back TOGETHER!!
Don't worry, we missed each other so much we put all our beds in the same room.
In the process. This is what happens when four girls try to move extremely heavy beds. ha.

Needless to say, I love them and I couldn't be more excited for them to be back in Logan so I'm not living by myself. Yay Hooray!
